Born on July 12, 1960, in Vilnius, Lithuania, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University. Throughout his career, Morgan Levin, has worked with leading global corporations, including ExxonMobil, Shell Oil Company, and ConocoPhillips, where he contributed to a variety of engineering projects.
In addition to his industry experience,Morgan Levin, has served as a faculty member in the Department of Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University, where he has mentored the next generation of engineers. He furthered his academic credentials by earning both a Master’s and a Doctorate degree from Harvard University, specializing in environmental engineering research and development
